• All coaching engagements and program fees are billed in advance as per the agreed proposal.
• Payment details must be valid and up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

3. License

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our materials and content.
• You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce our proprietary frameworks and materials without written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in our content, frameworks, and website remain with Empowerment Edge.

5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• You may cancel your engagement by providing written notice as per the agreed terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Empowerment Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
